2008 盘点

以下是08年对咱家盘中餐的点滴记录,简称“盘点”。

说不上什么厨艺,倒是要新鲜,有营养,颜色要让人有食欲,最后还不会导致过于发胖,微胖是可以的,味精是不能放的,盐、酱油、辣子最近被控制了,油么要用植物油(橄榄、葵瓜子油、麻油都行),尽量吃有机的蔬菜和肉类(黑山猪),花生、豆类、杂粮多吃好,汤一周至少喝1-2次,鸡蛋每天1-2颗,水果就不用说了(橙、奇异果、香蕉+其他),喝酸奶、牛奶、豆浆,不喝碳酸类和高糖饮料,水也要多喝。涉及种类虽多,但不等于都吃或猛吃,少吃多餐,每次7-8分饱就好。甜品类如朗姆雪糕、黑巧克力、酿米糟、花生汤丸、奶油泡芙和奶茶是不太允许的...但偶尔一下下...还是可以的:P—— 孕妈妈感言

盘点总结:菜色没有啥技术含量,没啥本土或南方地域特点,健康但过于西化:(
